For my Mini Blog Assignment, I chose to make a movie poster for my book. I made two possible posters that could be used for my book to turn it into a movie.

These are my two posters. Let me explain my logic behind each poster.

For the first poster, the globe with the arrows represents the money that is being placed all around the world, wire transferred to a million different banks. "He says he doesn't know where the money is... And he isn't lying." Is my way of grabbing the viewer's attention in this poster. It represents the time where Patrick is being tortured to tell where the money is. Patrick says that he doesn't know, which is true. His partner is skipping the money around the world instead.

For my second poster, I wanted to keep things simple. Simplicity and minimalism is a great way to capture attention and spark interest. The wire transfer complete message lets the viewer know that the movie will have something to do with sending money somewhere. From age 5 to 95, everyone loves money, so this was a way to spark interest. The viewers will then ask themselves questions like "Where was the money sent to?" Which they will then have to watch the movie to find out.

In both posters, I included at the bottom, the classic poster names for everyone important. I included many well-known or popular actors and actresses to spark the attention of the viewer, because their favourite actor might be in this movie, and that will make them want to see it even more.
